Dr. Lulow has been in private practice as a licensed psychologist in California since 1972 (Lic. #PSY 3834). This is an assessment focused practice servicing the legal and mental health communities with high quality evaluations designed for use in treatment planning and forensic application.
CHILD CUSTODY EVALUATIONS
Providing court-ordered independent comprehensive and focused evaluations for over 35 years. All services personally conducted by Dr. Lulow, including psychological testing, home visits, interviews, document review, and collateral contacts. Telehealth available for all services.
ASSESSMENTS
Comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations on referral from healthcare professionals. Independent evaluations for litigation in cases with head injuries and emotional damages with over 45 years experience including testifying as an expert in over 200 trials.
