ABOUT DR. LULOW

Jeffrey M. Lulow, Ph.D. is a licensed Psychologist in Encino, CA. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley in 1965, and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970.
He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after which he was hired on staff to supervise pre- and post-doctoral psychologists in psychological testing and evaluation. He established the family and child therapy service for Ross-Loos Medical Group (incorporated into CIGNA Health) and conducted adult and child therapy in his private practice for 15 years.
Dr. Lulow has conducted over 300 child custody evaluations by appointment of the Superior Court of California for over 35 years and has served as a Parenting Plan Coordinator in over 10 cases.
He is available to review and testify about evaluations by others.
Dr. Lulow has extensive training and experience in neuropsychology and has presented workshops in the field under the auspices of the California Psychological Association. His caseload also includes forensic examinations for claims of emotional damages about which he has testified on scores of occasions.
He has served as an Independent Medical Examiner for Workers' Compensation, supervised psychiatrists and psychologists in the use of psychological testing at Cedars-Sinai and has taught at CSULA, West Los Angeles College, and Mt. Saint Mary's College. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor (Voluntary) at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA supervising in the Medical Psychology Assessment Clinic.
